It looks marvellous, Ennio Morricone's score could hardly be bettered - it really is one of the great film scores - but it does mean sitting down and letting it flow over you as it takes ages to get started. Once Upon a Time in America (Two-Disc Special Edition)
I was impressed by the emphasis Sergio Leone put on making the sets authentic, the way he deliberately racked up the tension, with incredible close-ups and wonderful landscape shots. Very disappointing!
