I recently installed new pedals and old ones were tough to get off so I really went to work on my bike but was able to complete the job.
My ebike alarms won't stop sounding and the bike won't go due to the alarms locking it up.
If the hall effect sensor in the motor has failed, your best bet may be to use a sensorless controller. The 55cm Bianchi Aria aero road bike, for example, has the same effective length top tube as I have here – 55cm – but the head tube on that bike is just 14cm. The sensor is often located on the wheel that is powered by the motor, but not always. What should be the problem? The Flash had a fresh makeover last year, and Forme's relaunched race bike is available with a T700 grade carbon frame that I was testing, or a slightly higher modulus T800 frame on the Flash SL version. You can mix and match most of the main build options with Forme's dealers as the bikes are built up after you've ordered it, so although our Flash with Shimano Ultegra Di2 and Mavic Ksyrium tubeless-ready alloy wheels doesn't appear as an option on Forme's website, you'll be able to spec it this way if you so desire. The builds start from £2,300 with a Shimano 105 groupset and cheaper Mavic Aksium wheels, going up to £4,400 for the Flash SL with Ultegra Di2 and Mavic Cosmic Pro Carbon race hoops.True to its Derbyshire roots, Forme has gone quite specific with the design and spec of the Flash, offering something fast yet still built to take "a proper British hammering" as the company describes it.
Did you change any of your settings recently?
I twist the throttle but noting... Why? Anyone know what the cause is and how to fix it?
When I check the voltage, I see a starting voltage of around 40v, then it drops down to 9v.
... Price tag of $1,999 isn’t bad considering the tech that comes with the …
There wouldn't be a voltage converter to go bad either. It sounds like the display sees power stored in the controller capacitors and uses it up.
Hi I am building an E bike a 36 volt 350 watt brushless hub motor ,the hub motor has only 3 wires but my speed controller has a 5 wire hall sensor ,red black and 3 greens ,do I need to do something with that in order to get my motor to run?
does not work or i missed something. The sensor also may be failing but this is more rare.

This means flat-mount disc brakes and 12mm thru-axles throughout the range (although you can go for calliper brakes if you prefer) and tubeless-ready wheels and tyres. Your subscription will help us to do more. After cobbling together a few hundred quid during his student days off the back of a hard winter selling hats (long story), Jack bought his first road bike at the age of 20 and has been hooked ever since.
In town there are too many cyclists, I'd give myself whiplash. Com for 10.00 remove the knurled machine bolt with Allen key.
The Hero Flash is powered by a 250 watt electric motor that is coupled with a 48-volt 20 Ah VRLA battery and comes equipped with a complete short-circuit protection. You still get an aggressive riding position on the Forme, and I found that I could stay comfortable during longer days in the saddle.I rode the Flash through the back end of summer and into autumn, giving it the British hammering it was made for around my local dodgy Somerset backroads, and it passed the test admirably. They roll well, and having the option to go tubeless is great.
Tailor Built using one of 2 frame grades and fitted with either caliper or disc brakes. Hi I just rewired a scooter we got at auction due to impound with a 350w brain power generic controller from Amazon everything is mostly ok except you have to creep up throttle VERY SLOWLY or it will make a medium loud vibration sound and stall you can achieve full WOT (wide open throttle) and 20mph if you are patient, but God help you if you have to stop for a light or a snooty pedestrian. This is a headset that has been specced on a lot of bikes we've reviewed here on road.cc and we've never had a problem before, so maybe it was just bad luck this time around.Although other factors will determine the overall price, for an Ultegra Di2 build this bike isn't bad value at all at £3,700. But wen I have the ebike on the double stand it goes thru all 3 gear like it was a walk in the park. The head tube is 16cm which is also a touch taller than that of some rivals. It felt quite comfortable for a race bike, with an aggressive enough riding position to get aero. Not as super-responsive as some of the most aero race bikes, but it rolls well when it's up to speed. It cruises well and is comfortable over longer distances.Wider tyres would help (it can take 28mm tyres, but not with mudguards), but otherwise it's a comfortable ride.Carbon race wheels would bring more out of the frame; in terms of aerodynamics a cleaner front end would save a few watts.A full Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset works perfectly. They are fine for year-round riding and durable, but I'd want to swap to carbon wheels for racing.Appeared to roll well, but worth changing to a tubeless setup to bring the best out of them.Being tubeless-ready, the tyres are likely to be best run that way. Value Although other factors will determine the overall price, for an Ultegra Di2 build this bike isn't bad … There is a chance the sensor is internal to the motor and not possible to adjust. Hi i have a 3000w 48-72v Bluetooth mqcon Ebike kit installed with a cycle analysis 2.4 Try checking your fuse or it could be a dirty connection at the connector Wen my charger says it fully charge I try to take it out for a ride but I can't, cuz it like has little or no power going to the motor. Check the connector for the small ones. Give me the idea of I have a ebike but the problem is when I on it the motor will not work or even not speed work. As a subscriber you can read road.cc ad-free, from as little as £1.99. It has 3 settings but I've tried it without the shunt (all open) it seems to function exactly or approximately the same.

You may need to adjust the distance of the sensor to the magnet. Seems excellent value to me, I purchased the Muc-Off X3 and while it does an excellent job it's more than double the price. Would this also cause the motor not to engage? One sensor wire (the small ones, usually grn blu yellow + red, blk) may be damaged causing the controller to default to sensorless mode.
please help
The weight and integration isn't quite up there with the very best aero road bikes, but for the price it's a very good offering. We’ve noticed you’re using an ad blocker.
